Job requires a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or a related mental health field and Class D commercial driver’s license and good driving record.
Job Duties: Planning and implementation or program activities; coordination of schedules for other staff; development and distribution of monthly activity and meal calendar and newsletter; responsible for documentation of and accounting for monies generated in the program; maintain caseload of enrolled consumers according to standards set forth by DMH and Complex policy; completion of monthly reports and documentation required by DMH; maintain average daily attendance rate of 80% of certified capacity of program; transportation of consumers in agency vehicle as necessary.
