Must have Minimum of two (3) years minimum in Contact Center or a similar role for health care/Insurance related environment.

Claim processing knowledge preferred; Facets system; Proficient use of Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.; medical terminology; related Medicaid/Health Care experience

Job Title: Quality Auditor

Duties:
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, Manager and/or Director of Operations Quality Auditing, responsible for the timely and accurate review of various tasks performed by the Enterprise Operations Contact Center.

Reviews member and provider calls to evaluate for compliance and accuracy.

Provides credible accuracy results and recommendations based on call components and business requirements.

Works along with the business to improve overall contact center experience for members and providers.

Meets all required auditing metrics including production and quality to assist in the overall completion of audit inventory.

Skills: Minimum of two (3) years minimum in Contact Center or a similar role for health care/Insurance related environment. Claim processing knowledge preferred; Facets system; Proficient use of Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.; medical terminology; related Medicaid/Health Care erperience
