Recovery Specialist – Remote Eligible

Position Summary: Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls on pooled accounts as assigned by the Supervisor for the purposes of recovering amounts due PFC clients.
Position Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls through designated dialer pools as assigned
  • Refer all incoming calls on Late Stage accounts to the proper team’s phone extension
  • Abide by the 8 step collection outline
  • Thoroughly update file information when talking to Right Party Contacts (RPCs) by obtaining Full & Complete (F&C) information to include: living arrangements, employment to include occupation, phone numbers, address information and bank information
  • Negotiate urgency/voluntary payments utilizing the proscribed Payment Matrix
  • Listen attentively to problems and offer reasonable solutions and alternatives
  • Overcome stalls by providing thorough and accurate information pertaining to their account
  • Follow compliance guidelines
  • Escalate calls as required when appropriate
  • Disposition accounts appropriately once the file has been worked
  • Follow and adhere to the collection floor MAC (clicker) schedule
  • Be logged into the dialer and ready for calls at your shift start time
  • Respect your fellow coworkers, management, clients and consumers

  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned periodically by management

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Minimum of one year of working experience in a professional office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $23.00 per hour
