Helps managers and new employees by screening and interviewing
Duties:
* Place job opening ads on various websites.
* Helps managers hiring employees by screening and interviewing candidates.
* Orients new employees by providing information and direction; answering questions.
* Supports new employees by resolving problems.
* Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements; reminding managers.
* Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
* Assist safety manager with filing and other tasks assigned.
