Title of Job: Remote Account Coordinator

Location: Remote

The CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Account Coordinator for our Fortune 100 healthcare client. This job can be worked from anywhere in the US as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area.

Job Summary

The role provides coordinator support for digital marketing projects, primarily focused on website strategy and optimization for 25+ different health care businesses. Day-to-day, the person in this role will report to the Associate Director of account management and website strategy. They will be expected to collaborate with other Coordinators, Account Managers, and OHD production team members, in addition to colleagues on cross-functional teams, as appropriate.?

Pay: $30-39 an hour (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).

Hours: Full Time – Monday-Friday Normal Business Hours

Temp to Perm position. This position will go permanent with this Fortune 100 company, and upon hire they will be eligible for outstanding benefits, 3 weeks of PTO, extremely low full coverage medical coverage, and much more! Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately

Job Duties:
Contributing to multiple concurrent projects across a range of business websites.

Adhere to project assignments and timelines to make sure work stays on schedule.

Inform teammates and supervisor of work progress and assist in troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Learn and help reinforce enterprise best practices and UX standards, as appropriate.

Provide coverage as needed for account management teammates.

Triage and/or submit work requests on behalf of CDO’s / markets and Account Managers.

Ensure that information is detailed, correct, and clear.

Schedule and participate in meetings with marketers, internal partners, and other stakeholders, as appropriate.

Review website content during development process. Perform user acceptance testing before new pages or updates go live.

Requirements

Some knowledge of digital best practices.

Experience or familiarity with analytics, including metrics and setting up reports.

Able to independently problem solve and be self-sufficient, utilizing existing resources.

Comfort working in cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.

Collaborative and respectful demeanor, as part of a team of digital experts.

Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and Teams?

Experience using Workfront (or other project management software)

Willingness to learn and high degree of personal responsibility for professional development.

Bachelor’s degree

A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door

Highly Preferred

Experience with Adobe Analytics

Experience in healthcare
