Job Description:
Answer all incoming calls to the SSDA department offering one call resolution whenever possible.

Process incoming faxes and assist with processing mail.

Process voicemails.

Additional administrative downtime work as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma

Bi-lingual a plus

2+ years of experience in customer service (phone, in-person, or call queue style)

Background in claims, insurance, customer care, etc. Knowledge of medical terms preferable.

Strong oral and written communication skills a must.
