Proofreading, formatting, and finalizing various documents, including proposals, client engagement letters, financial statements, communication letters, animal welfare reports, and miscellaneous documents.
Assembling documents primarily using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat within the CCH ProSystem fx Engagement accounting software.
Verifying proper approval documentation for all work products when final reports are near completion.
Distributing completed projects via electronic means, FedEx, or mail in a timely manner.
Maintaining records using multiple document management systems.
Adhering to Frost, PLLC style guidelines.
Maintaining confidentiality and performing duties with professionalism and integrity.
Produce products with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
Consistently meet deadlines.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes, terms, and concepts.
Effective listening skills and the ability to quickly build rapport and internal relationships with firm leaders.
Ability to apply best practices and lessons learned to tailor and improve the reporting process.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of administrative support experience.
