Job description:
- The RN Director of Med/Surg/Ortho/Peds is accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care of the Medical Unit and Surgical Unit.
- The RN Director is responsible for the overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management.
- Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- ADN required
- BSN in related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years acute care experience required with critical care preferred
- Two (2) years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have a current RN license to practice professional nursing in the state of Mississippi
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS upon hire.
INDMS
Experience Required
- 3 year(s): Acute Care with supervisory or management experience preferreed.
Education Required
- Associates or better in Nursing
Licenses & Certifications Required
- C-AHA PALS
- C-AHA ACLS
- C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac
- L-MS-RN License
