Job description: Insight Global is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager for a large client in Ridgeland Mississippi. The Compensation Manager will lead the strategy and execution of our compensation initiatives, including design, development, and deployment efforts, while proactively evaluating the effectiveness of compensation plans across all lines of business. The Compensation Manager will also be responsible for driving key sales compensation programs for the organization. The role will also monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and recommend changes consistent with compensation trends to maintain operational excellence. The Compensation Manager will work with HR leadership, business leaders and sales leadership to understand strategic business objectives, assessing the success of current incentives and programs, proposing new incentive designs, securing final decisions and approvals, and communicating new incentives to employees, sales operations, and leadership
Payroll management experience
Minimum of five years of experience in pay and benefit compensation , HR compliance activities required.
Sales compensation domain expertise is required.
Variable Comp experience
5+ years experience managing a team
A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Statistics or related area or the equivalent in related work experience within the payroll, compensation or Finance/Accounting discipline required.
Experience creating analysis of comp for C Suite leaders and LOB Leaders
Expert level experience with Excel
Hands on analysis experience
Proven experience with developing strategies specific examples required
Must have expertise in Microsoft Office products to include Excel and Word. Ability to utilize pivot tables, v-looks-ups, and complex formulas
