As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will lead full life cycle recruiting across various business units and deliver best in class talent for critical business needs. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner drives all full life cycle recruiting from client intake meeting, passive outreach/sourcing, identifying, and engaging prospects, and delivering offer packages. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, having a strong focus on an excellent candidate and customer experience. Finally, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business you support by seeking to understand the talent needs and provide consultation on process and market insights.
Description
What You’ll Do
Develop strategic recruiting plans, build pipelines of active and often passive talent to generate qualified candidate pools, conduct in-depth recruiting screens, and assess for levels of interest, qualifications, and salary expectations.
Use your deep sourcing skillset and talent pipeline building capabilities to attract, influence, and convert passive talent across multiple geographies and networking platforms.
Develop a deep understanding and awareness of the business and customers you support.
Partner with business leaders to build job offers including mid to high level candidate conversations, incentive plan interpretation, and creative offer approaches.
Build and maintain working relationships with leaders throughout the organization, and partner to understand business objectives related to their talent needs.
Consult and advise about trends and changes within the market and talent landscape utilizing market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics to influence and drive talent strategies.
Deliver frequent communication, provide feedback, and deliver insights to assist hiring managers in the selection process while focusing on delivering a positive candidate experience.
Maintain or exceed established recruiting metrics, including time to fill, hiring target goals, quality of hire metrics, and customer satisfaction scores.
To Qualify for This Position, You’ll Need
Bachelor’s Degree or four years of Talent Acquisition experience
7+ years of Human Resources or business/leadership consulting experience
3+ years working with, influencing, and partnering on short and long-term recruiting objectives.
3+ years of corporate full life cycle and recruiting experience (can be concurrent)
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
Experience building strategic recruiting plans grounded in talent intelligence. Must be comfortable using recruiting metrics and data to inform/influence sourcing strategy. Experience with deep sourcing/networking expertise using advanced social media and sourcing techniques. (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, GitHub, Boolean strings)
Significant experience influencing leaders across various disciplines and lines of business. Analytical capability, with the ability to create, measure, and scale as appropriate to each unique business need. Problem solver who seeks out data and trends to solve recruiting problems.
Effective judgment skills. Ability to think independently and proactively provide well thought-out decisions.
Robust customer service, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion. Current knowledge of applicable federal/state laws relating to employment (Title VII, ADA, EEO).
Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or Human Capital Management System (HCM)
We Prefer That You Have
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a large corporate or professional service organizational
Experience in all aspects of talent search including internet search optimization, innovative candidate sourcing programs, passive candidate mining and networking, pre-screening, interviewing, and negotiating/presenting executive level compensation packages.
Demonstrated ability to build consultative, collaborative business partnerships with hiring management and work effectively with all levels of management across a variety of audiences.
Ability to analyze trends and make recommendations to management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a flair for innovative and effective solutions
Must be comfortable dealing with and resolving ambiguous, confidential, and sensitive situations.
Must possess a process improvement mindset (or duty-led process improvements)
Must be a self-starter, strong team player, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Professional designation in Human Resources, such as AIRS, CIR, PRC, CDR, PHR or SPHR
Typical office environment. Travel between office buildings and some out-of-town travel
Location: This role is onsite at our Human Resource building in Columbia, SC at 51 Clemson Road
