A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As a remote Service Administrative Assistant, you play an important role in keeping operations running without a hitch. Whether you’re communicating by phone or email, you use your exceptional customer service skills to take messages, and address concerns. When customers leave reviews online, you make sure to respond to all reviews, both positive and negative. Our customers appreciate the way you address each of their questions and concerns in a calm, empathetic manner.
Some of your other duties include answering phones, tracking marketing and service leads, updating and posting to our social media sites, providing service follow-up calls for customer satisfaction status and reviews. With great attention to detail, you document services that have been rendered, including notes and information given by our field workers. You enjoy being able to work from home and talking to new people each day!
