Your Next Adventure

Tentrr is looking for a South Carolina State Park Experience Specialist to join our Customer Service team! This is a new position that will be responsible for handling our State Park reservations throughout the State. Handling reservations consists of communicating with campers, manually modifying reservations, confirming site readiness, and being the designated Subject Matter Expert for all State Parks in your state. This role also has the opportunity to travel to all of the State Parks within your state, and will be our boots on the ground when needed.

Pay: $37,500 annual salary / exempt

Schedule: Monday through Friday (9-5:30 EST), as well as any additional hours necessary to meet the needs of your responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Being timely and thorough
  • Monitor support channels and quickly respond to inbound customer requests via phone, chat and email.
  • Share valuable customer feedback and ideas with internal teams to make the Tentrr experience everything our customers need and more
  • Resolve customer issues, questions, or concerns quickly and with empathy
  • Identify, troubleshoot and escalate issues pertaining to customer education and product functionality
  • Manage and control numerous concurrent tasks
  • Manage and communicate with local resources that are partnered with Tentrr for the State Parks in your state
  • Work directly with our third-part companies that are managing the campsites
  • Travel to state parks when needed to support the physical sites (getting the sites ready for campers)

  • Loves the great outdoors is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37,500.00 per year
