Supply Chain Project Coordinator

Summary:

• This role will support the Residential HVAC New Product Development team ensure flawless project execution.

• The candidate will have responsibility for the following in addition to adhoc assignments as needed.
• Maintain accurate project hardware needs tracking
• Collect supplier quotes, issue purchase orders
• Track purchase orders and project costs
• Track test article quantities and drive on-time delivery and inventory management
• Manage Kanban items and ensure enough are on hand
• Assist with making process improvements by collecting internal customer feedback
• Participate on process improvement teams

Key Qualifications:

• Experience with Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS and SharePoint
• Experience with Ariba and SAP
• Experience managing suppliers and ensuring on time delivery
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with diverse audiences including cross functional team members, senior leaders, global suppliers, and external customers including service managers and technicians.
• Self-starter with ability to learn quickly
• Experience working in a team environment
• Organized with strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
