Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this role is an integral part of our world-class People Team. As we work together to enhance the way we do business, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the company including engineering, professional services, customer support, and G&A functions.


  • Work closely with hiring managers and teams to quickly assess and understand the skills and work experience required for each position
  • Source, screen, evaluate candidate skill level and present qualified candidates for hiring manager review
  • Schedule an initial interview with the hiring manager and follow-up meetings with the appropriate team members
  • Partner with hiring managers to prepare and support hiring the interview process to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently, fairly, and consistently
  • Gather feedback and conduct reference checks
  • Manage the candidate’s salary negotiations and prepare and issue offers
  • Track all recruitment activities in Jobvite ATS.
  • Partner effectively with the Talent Sourcing team and People Partners to provide a top-notch experience to our candidates and hiring managers
  • Deliver against hiring goals and achieve consistent results


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience for Technology and Software companies
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience
  • Must have experience and a proven track record of partnering with various business teams and the ability to work with confidential information with discretion
  • Proven ability to proactively recruit passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and networking methods
  • Strong ability to screen candidates for appropriate skill level and cultural fit
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, self-directed, and a problem solver with a passion for recruiting
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
