Position Purpose: Responsible for developing and conducting a variety of training programs and/or auditing tools.
Conduct training to support the needs of the business. This includes New Hire Training, Refresher trainings, and any other ad hoc training that may be requested.
Maintain records of training activities and employee progress
Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
Possess organizational skills and a positive attitude
Ability to learn information quickly and be able to deliver it to others
Ability to properly deliver training (understanding Adult Learners – using group activities and interactivity) to assist with retention and their ability to apply what was delivered
Ability to speak to groups of people in person and through web based applications such as zoom
Evaluate trainee’s ability to fulfill duties during and after training sessions
May be required to travel
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.
