The Transaction Processor works quickly with precise accuracy for high quality and reliability, comprehending shareholder instructions to accurately process presentations which may contain multiple requests. Data Entry of shareholder details and share amounts with close attention to detail. Transactions need to be reviewed and processed within specific deadlines. If you’re the type that likes to be detailed oriented and take pride in working through a workload independently, you will find this position very rewarding.

The Transaction Processor’s schedule is from Monday-Friday. This position starts with paid training for the first few weeks before you start transitioning into a workload on your own. Since this is an opportunity that is 100% remote you will no longer have to worry about long commutes to get to the office! This position has a great work-life balance with 9 Holidays off throughout the year, and we will ship the equipment directly to you prior to training so you can be set up for success!

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process general data entry transactions for various transaction types including transfers, purchases/sells, and account maintenance within established productivity and quality standards.
  • Daily review of information pertaining to processing feedback and procedural updates.
  • Escalate complex inquires as needed per documented procedures.
  • Complete required internal training and compliance classes timely
  • Required to work overtime and assist other departments during peak volumes to assist in meeting our clients service level agreements.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Compensation. $15.00 per hour
