Job Summary and Qualifications
The IT Support Representative – PRN provides support for basic incident resolution and requests reported to the IT Service Desk for all HCA Organizations. Responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, potential research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components. The IT Support Representative – PRN is responsible for collecting information through a constructive customer conversation, accessing all available support tools, and additional support staff.
What you will do in this role:
Provide phone support to employees with IT issues
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support
Escalate technical issues when appropriate
Answer communications in a timely manner
Work proficiently within multiple systems
Log ticket information
High School or GED
IT Helpdesk or Repair Experience
Excellent communication skills are required
Flexibility with work schedule to meet PRN shifts
Virtual roles required high speed wired internet with 60 MB Download and 10 MB Upload. Wifiis not permitted.
