What you’ll be doing

Make warm outbound calls to encourage health plan members to schedule healthcare-related in-home and virtual assessments

Support our Healthcare Provider client by educating, informing, and encouraging plan members and their families to participate in health programs to improve overall quality of life

Promote benefits of health risk assessments and overcome objections

Record accurate and concise feedback and special needs documentation in a computer-based system

Identify and address member issues by providing additional information as needed

Provide a white-glove call experience for plan members

What are we looking for?

Proven effective oral and written communication skills, and an engaging personality

Confidently persuade and manage resistance with a positive demeanor

Excellent technology skills and ability to multi-task

Outbound call center or soft sales experience is preferred

Understanding of a metrics-driven performance environment

High school diploma, GED or equivalent

A home workspace free from background noise and interruption.

Hardwired connection to your home router during your shift.

Either a laptop or a desktop for your first day of training (Our client will supply a PC, a mouse, and a keyboard)
